2. Services Provided

  • We provide scrap tire pickup, hauling, and disposal services.

  • Service availability depends on your location and our operating schedule.

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if tire counts or types differ upon pickup.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Tires must be accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time.

  • Customers are responsible for accurately reporting tire quantities and types.

  • Oversized or specialty tires may incur additional fees.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Credit Card, Check, or Cash.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a pickup.

  • Missed pickups without notice may result in a service fee.

6. Liability

  • We take care to provide safe, reliable tire disposal services.

  • However, The Tire Undertaker is not liable for damages to property resulting from improperly stored tires, inaccessible locations, or unsafe conditions at the pickup site.

  • Customers remain responsible for ensuring safe access for our team and equipment.

7. Environmental Commitment

  • All tires are disposed of in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • We do not permit or condone illegal dumping under any circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
